STERLING is located underneath the historic Stock Exchange Hotel. You can expect award-winning cocktails and wine, live music and delicious bar snacks, hidden away inside the old bank vault of the celebrated Manchester Stock Exchange.

  • STERLING is able to welcome over 18 year olds only, from both the public and hotel guests.
  • We are able to accommodate groups of up to 12 guests through the website with the opentable app below. For bookings over 12 people, please get in touch with us via email and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • We accept reservations, and we save some space for walk-ins that are on a first come first serve basis.
  • Guide dogs welcome.
  • Reservations are available 60 days in advance.
  • Dress code - No fancy dress costumes or football shirts.
  • We encourage you to visit us and we will always try our best to accommodate your needs.
  • STERLING is wheelchair accessible (access via the main hotel entrance).
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards and we are a cash-free venue.
  • With notice we can also cater to larger groups of up to 30 people, please contact us directly so we can reserve a space for you.
